Got a scar that you’re insecure about? Most of us do, including (believe it or not!) those who are paid to look like perfection! So, as every scar has a story, we’re here to let you in on the nitty gritty of how these Stars, got their Scars.
1.Kaley Cuoco
Ever wondered how this ‘The Big Bang Theory’ star got the scar on her leg that often accompanies her on the red carpet? She broke it in a horse riding accident! Living proof that when worn with pride, a scar won’t stop you from looking glam.
2.Tina Fey
When she was 5, this Queen of comedy was playing in her front yard of her home when a stranger approached and violently cut her cheek. Fey has said that she was fairly unaffected by her scar until she had to be in front of the camera! She consequently is only shot from the right side, meaning that the scar goes unnoticed by many.

3.Sharon Stone
Another scar caused by horse riding for our 3rd Star with a Scar, Sharon Stone. She reportedly received the scar on the left side of her neck from a clothesline she encountered whilst out horse riding.
4. Sandra Bullock
Although Sandra’s scar is usually covered by her red carpet makeup, if you look closely above her left eye, a small scar is visible. Miss Bullock obtained this while jumping into a creek aged 11, Miss Congeniality style.
5. Catherine Zeta-Jones
“Even the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge have acquired scars – despite always looking picture-perfect!”
As an infant, Zeta-Jones had to undergo a tracheotomy, which has resulted in a 1½-inch-long scar at the bottom of her neck. Luckily, the scar has faded into subtlety, and can be easily disguised with a necklace on the red carpet!
6. Kate Middleton
Duchess Kate is the darling of the past few years after marrying her dream Prince, however even she’s fallen victim to a scar! She has a three inch scar hiding near her hairline near her left temple, which is from a serious operation she had as a child.
7. Prince William
Another royal, another scar. Prince William shares a scar in common with his wife, from when he was hit in the forehead with a golf club as a child.

8. Harrison Ford
No stranger to an action scene, this actor’s job merged with reality when he lost control of his car when he was younger, resulting in a scar on his chin. What would Indiana Jones say!?

Okay, so not technically a celebrity – yet he’s undoubtedly a star – Mr. potter has one of the most famous scars of the past decade, and not just in Hogwarts! Unfortunately, we can’t all have our scars in the shape of a lightening bolt, but we can dream.
